To maintain their legal license to practice, Romanian pharmacists must earn a strict quota of professional credits every year. Traditionally, this means drowning in bureaucracy, writing academic papers, and attending long, dry seminars.
We decided to destroy the boardroom boredom by gamifying compliance. Partnering with the national pharmacy governing body, we built OnPharma, a mobile app that allows pharmacists to unlock their mandatory legal credits directly on their phones. We took rigorous medical and pharmacological testing and repackaged it into an addictive, interactive trivia game inspired by the classic "Know and Win" quiz show format. By turning a legal obligation into a quick, engaging mobile ritual, we gave pharmacists their time back, one gameĀ at a time.

The National Board of Pharmacists recognizes the credits, the app being built in partnership with them.
Every game is a questionnaire made from 10 questions. To get 1 credit, the player needs to answer correctly to at least 7 questions.
We integrated a CSR mechanic directly into the gameplay: for every correct answer, users earned a digital "molecule" worth 10 cents in real funding. All the money raised through these correct answers was directly donated to a social cause (different NGOs).
